For every project and person who uses the project plan a customized view is required based on his needs. MS Project provides different charts, graphs, forms, sheets, etc. for graphic and textual representation and understanding of the project plan. We can also have a single or combination of views shown together on the screen. All the types of Views are available in View Tab. These are mainly divided as Task based views and Resource based views. The Gantt chart is the view shown by default. The View Label shows the name of the current view. Different views can be interchanged from the View Tab.
