How do airplanes fly

In order a jet an airplane flies, it needs a thrust and lift.Engines mounted on wings to provide necessary thrust. They suck wind and compress them down to 3 percent of their original volume. The pressurized air is mixed with fuel and ignited to create the maximum possible heat energy. The turbine takes its potential energy and converts it to Kinetic Energy and releases through its exhaust system.

The wings are designed to direct on coming air downward to provide force necessary to lift the jet airplane. Flaps in the back or the wing allow the pilot to adjust the rate of climb. When airplane ready to land, the flap is adjusted just enough that the weight of airplane overcome the lift.
