The construction and building industries require a steady flow of quality new and used demountable site offices. Typically construction site offices are required for building projects both large and small and any number of these modular demountable construction buildings can be required dependant on the scale of the project.

Temporary fencing to secure construction sites and private property.

Construction fencing will be designed and erected around job sites where there is possibility of injury to workers or the public . Special precautions must be taken to protect the visually impaired , disabled, children and other who might be in the area. During active excavation/trenching operations, fencing and if possible attendants shall be present to prevent unauthorized entry into the site.

Show Project title, Sponsor, Main Contractor, project start and end date, Contract price, Subcontractors.

 

  • Site cleaning
  • 'Site cleaning including demolition of all existing obstruction, top soil excavation and disposal of waste material to a  place approved by the municipality, diversion and re-routing of existing services.
  • General preparation of the site by removal of all impediments prior to the commencement of the work.
  • Clear the site from trees, plant, and grass.
  • Remove complete roots of trees and shrubs.
  • Remove surface debris.
  • Divert utilities and other services (if any) in compliance with regulations.
  • Disposal of removed materials away from site and in a legal manner in full compliance with local authorities rules and regulations.
  • Remove all debris from the site of the Works inclusive of loose and semi-buried pieces of concrete, etc., which require disposal, to avoid incorporation with excavated material which may be used in filling into excavations.
  • Scrape out all growing vegetation including roots, which require disposal, to avoid incorporation with excavated material, which may be used in filling into excavations.
  • All material removed under this section shall be disposed of in a place of deposit found by the Contractor who shall be responsible for all charges in connection therewith. Burning of materials on site will not be allowed.
